David E. Rutledge, EA, CEP, RFC

David Rutledge is the President of HarvestNET Ministries, the parent of ChurchFinance365, and the principal of Rutledge Financial Group, a tax management and investment firm. For over 30 years, David has worked with churches, non-profits, corporations, and individuals throughout the United States on topics related to finances and tax matters. He serves over 500 different groups annually, assisting them with compliance, tax issues, and finances.

He has been on talk radio and has spoken at dozens of seminars for churches, seminaries, conferences, church financial planners, and conventions on topics dealing with church administration, church finances, and personal finances.

David has served as a stewardship consultant for a large denomination in California as well as serving on the staff of several churches as interim pastor and associate pastor. He is an ordained minister and seminary graduate and understands the uniqueness of church finances.

As an Enrolled Agent, the Internal Revenue Service recognizes David as qualified to represent churches, non-profits, corporations, and individuals before all levels of the IRS.
