PASTORS
Leadership guru John Maxwell shares, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” We know that pastors care for their churches, and we know the best way to equip the church is through pastors.
We want to equip pastors in two ways:
To be responsible for their own personal financial compliance. Tax policies for clergy are unique and complex. We want to make sure you clearly understand the benefits and implications.
To be responsible for the church’s financial compliance. The government’s perspective and laws are changing and under attack. Let’s make sure your church is prepared.
CHURCHES
Pastors should not be the only ones focused on the financial matters of the church. Financial teams, church treasurers, elders, deacons, and church secretaries are all part of the equation. We encourage pastors to connect these church leaders to our resources to equip them as well. We want to equip other leaders in two ways:
To understand the dynamic federal requirements of church financial management. We want church finance teams to be equipped with the policies and procedures that protect the church.
To support the pastor and other church leaders to to be good stewards of church finances and to reap the benefits of the tax code.
